The Stillness That Found Me

The Stillness That Found Me

There’s something deep within me that knows where to go.

Through meditation, I touched a stillness,
and in that stillness, something touched me.

It was a quiet presence,
filled with gratitude, with love….
a deeply profound experience
that changed the way I move through life.

It feels like a longing, a calling home.

A sacred place within,
one I continue to build a relationship with.

A quiet conviction, guiding me toward a way of living, a way of honouring what my heart knows.

And in many ways, my art has become that same journey, a way of deepening that connection,

Most of the time,
I’m painting alone in a room…
but in those moments
I feel deeply connected.
and not alone at all.
